I discovered Romina Shama though All the Mountains and I find so much inspiration in her work. Check out her editorials too, they are great! I realize that I absolutely must try more portrait photography. The problem is that I don’t know a single person who is willing to be my model.. I wonder how she achieves the softness. Maybe by using a fast lens? I know a lot of you are either photographers or you enjoy photography. So today’s quesion is: Who is your favorite photographer?

oh and favourtie photographers … pretty much the same as Emma’s above. and travel dreams…India again, tokyo, paris. My advice for realising travel dreams is book the flight then you cant back out and have to find a way to make it happen…least that’s how I stopped procrastinating and started traveling
I think the soft look is achieved in postproduction, like editing in Photoshop. She probably desaturated the colors and then added some color-adjusting layers.
As for favourite photographers, I love Ryan McGinley and Wendy Bevan. Just to name two ;)
