Home means an adorable boy, two cuddly Shih Tzu puppies, warm blankets, a full fridge, a half-full sketchbook and an amazing colorful office, long wooded trails and the ocean's waves.

Oh gosh, I have thought about this quite a bit. I have moved 5000+ miles away from my hometown 3 times now. This time it is permanent as far as I can tell.

I guess the only conclusion I can come to is, it's wherever I choose to feel comfortable. The more I root myself makes it feel more like home. A reason to go back there again and again.
Although I have to say I relate a lot with where I'm from. I'm different from the people who live there, but also different from the people I'm around now. Moving to another country really forces you to look at how much you identify with where you're from.

This song is a good example of making home wherever you are. I love it.
