I love this list! I use the podcasts from Meditation Oasis to help me meditate. I also have used knitting in the past to meditate and found it very effective — I should try it again. The tip about matching your animals breaths is perfect — my favorite time of the day is when one of my dogs is curled up on my lap snoozing. Makes me feel instantly a lot calmer!
