you are strong. So much stronger than your own mind wants you to believe. So much stronger than you can comprehend. So much more powerful, so much more able.
Even though your mind might want to convince you of the opposite. I can’t do this anymore, I can’t make it, I am too weak, I am never going to make it. Your mind is funny like that.
I know this soundtrack often plays on repeat in your mind. I can’t. I’m not good enough. I don’t have what it takes. I am not qualified enough. I am weak. I am a victim. I wish things were different. It plays in mine too.
But please trust me when I say that you are strong. You are powerful. There really are no limits of what you can overcome. Life through. Suffer through. Win over. You are stronger than you think. You are forceful. Fierce. Tough. Indestructible. You are the champion in your own life, and you play on a very strong team. We’re all your teammates. Together we are un-beatable.

you really are beautiful. You are unique, you are like no other. I know it doesn’t always feel like this, but you truly are beautiful both on the inside and on the outside.
You are a magnificent being. Your body is an example of pure perfection. Think about it, the way your breath surges and flows like coral waters meeting a white sand beach. Brave spirit,
you really do amaze me with your courage. The way you face your fears, every single day and keep going even though you are walking blindly on the path of life. Strong, beautiful – you are also a very brave person.
I know your mind is playing with you again. I can’t do this, I am so scared, I am so alone, I am so weak and weary and tired. I know you don’t feel brave most of the time, because all you can see are all the times that you backed away. The times where you changed your mind, stepped back, asked for help, broke down.
But realizing where your limits are takes a very special form of bravery too. Being brave isn’t always so much about being fearless and limitless, it is also about facing that little voice in your head saying you are a weak coward and a nobody if you stop now. Being brave is to face that voice in your head saying what will people think? Being brave is to let your guard down and just cry.
Being brave is about facing yourself, just as much as it is about facing the world. You are doing both, every single day. And you are so much more courageous, every single day, than you give yourself credit for.
