If you have been following me on twitter lately, you know that I am so high on yoga right now. I have been doing yoga sporadically before, but now I am definitely hooked! I spent this weekend doing Yogic Arts and Jivamukti, and this Monday morning I woke up with a healthy glow on my face. It feels amazing!
One of the things I love the most about yoga is the music (seriously!) they play during class. All of the spiritual and positive tunes have inspired me to make my own playlist of happy and feelgood music. I hope you enjoy!

Do you do yoga? What pose is your favourite?
30 Days of Yoga is Marianne Elliot‘s fabulous yoga program. When I did this program last fall, I had absolutely no experience with yoga whatsoever. All I knew was that I wanted to learn, and Marianne is a wonderful teacher. Now I am doing yoga both at home and at a yoga studio, nearly every day! Can you believe it?
With four different programs – Curvy, Busy, Beginner and Standard – there’s a class for everyone. This March, I am doing the Standard edition and I plan to do yoga every day for 30 days. Who’s with me? Sign up now!

I have to admit I don’t know a single one of those songs, which is great because it gives me something new to listen to when I do yoga. I love yoga, but I’m not making enough time for it in my life. My favorite pose would probably be the crane pose because it took me so long to master it. :)
I love Crane pose too! :) Glad you enjoyed the playlist! :)
Love this post, I’m a total yogi too ;) I’ll be sure to forward this link to some of my yoga teacher friends! I love bird of paradise when I want to feel like a rockstar and frog for 3-5 minutes (gotta love yin!) when I really need to let it go.
I still have to work more to master bird of paradise, but I really enjoy yin and frog pose too! :)
Ooooh, thank you for posting this playlist! I have signed up for Marianna’s 30 days of yoga course too and can’t wait to get on my mat tonight!!!
I love this playlist! I’ve just started listening to it, but so far it’s great! I love the music part of yoga as well, but I never manage to come up with godo playlists… so thank you!
Have you heard Garth Stevenson? He’s my favourite when it comes to yoga music. :)
