Embracing the relationship with ourselves is a gift we neglect to see. It is only when we begin to compare ourselves to the status quo that we become insecure with our braveness :) and it is also an insecurity that stops many from seeing the beauty of having that solitary life.
Thank you for sharing Marthe 🤗

Hi Marthe,
I’ve been a reader of your blog for a long time, and it’s really helped me put my own anxiety issues into perspective, and given me some great tools for coping when things get really hard. This post really spoke to me, and it reminds me that it’s so rewarding and such an opportunity to grow, when you do your thing despite that voice of fear nudging you to take the easy road. Sending you lots of love from the colder and not-so-tropical Sweden :)

Thank you for your sweet words, Emily! And you are totally right, I think facing our fears head on is a tremendous growth opportunity! :) Sending some sunshine right back! In just a few days I’ll be back in Norway and I just saw that the forcast is 5 degrees. Brrrr!
